Bring your pillow back to our Build A Pillow store as many times as you need within 5 years for FREE re-fluffing and sanitation. This process involves sending your filler through our machine, making your pillow feel refreshed and new to properly support your head and relieve pressure on your shoulder and neck.
But that's not all - this guarantee also allows us to access your fillers again, giving you the option to come back and have your pillow adjusted. We can add more filler to make it firmer or take some filler out to make it more comfortable - and it's all included in your guarantee. If you decide to add more filler, additional costs may apply for the filler added. But if you take some out, we'll bag it up for you to use in your next adjustment at no extra cost.
